My massage techniques are a unique blend of east meeting west. My goal with each client is to bring awareness to their body/mind connection while balancing energy and releasing restricted fascial connections. With my combination of Muscle Release Technique, Rossiter Stretching, Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Reiki - many clients often receive relief from chronic pains in merely one or two sessions. My Lang Fitness & Health approach, however, is to address the mental and physical habits that may have contributed to these chronic conditions in the first place. Though massage can be extremely beneficial to maintaining your health & wellness, my main objective is to give you the necessary tools to take care of yourself even after our session is complete.
