My name is Michael Lang and I am excited you have taken this first step toward optimum fitness & health. My goal is to join each individual client on a mindful journey of total well-being from a place of free-flowing energy and compassion. Each session will focus on mind/body awareness in order to help you move freely with more vibrant energy and less pain. Whether your goals are extreme physical fitness or merely standing up straight with more ease and joy, each individual will be met with attentive benevolence and care.
